Everyone’s got a playlist that gets you pumped to run, cycle or lift in the gym, and below are some of my favourites that I love to blast out when I get to the gym.

No playlist would be complete without this on it, and without it we wouldn’t have had the trend of ruining lyrics on YouTube with “mom’s spaghetti”:

I defy anyone to not sing the “nah nah nah nah nah nah nah” bit out loud:
Foo Fighers – Everlong
I always put this in the last 10 minutes of any workout playlist, when I’m really struggling. When it kicks in with “AND I WONDER….”, that’s when it gets you pumped and ready to push on till the very end:
